Beautiful day

" Today is a beautiful day" . This what I told the international adviser today at ISSO, at 9:30 am when signing some papers:
today had the three numbers: 7, 8 and 9

And it was a beautiful and long day too:

The work in the lab as tedious: titration of three sets of viruses, each set has three different viruses and for each prepare a whole 96 well plates. Thus ended preparing 12 ( 96 well plates) that is 1,152 wells ( this is the long part, obvious !)

The beauty was in:
1. meeting with my adviser for my thesis, she was impressed by the thorough statistical analysis of my data.
2. running three miles followed by amazing and relaxing stretches.
3. doing better at swimming esp the strokes.
4. and heading now to the kitchen to make some tea and cheese sandwich. !!
